Michael L. Smith received his Juris Doctor degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Smith also practices in the following federal courts: The United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

Mr. Smith is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, the Prince George's County Bar Association, the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, the District of Columbia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Jason C. Crump received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia in 1995 and his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law in 1998.

As a member of Smith Graham & Crump, LLC, Mr. Crump’s area of practice includes Personal Injury, Labor and Business & Estate Planning.

As an experienced trial attorney, Mr. Crump devoted a substantial amount of his practice to the representation of personal injury victims as well as employees who need representation during security clearance hearings, removal proceedings, reduction in force, sexual harassment, discrimination, reprisal, wrongful termination and wage and hour disputes. 

Mr. Crump also maintains a transactional practice devoted to assisting small business owners, physicians and other persons in litigious professions with meeting  comprehensive estate and business planning objectives.  He works with a team of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to design and implement comprehensive planning strategies that assist professionals in preserving their business or personal wealth for the benefit of themselves and their loved ones.

Mr. Crump is a member of Wealth Counsel, Inc., National Bar Association, Prince George’s County Bar Association,  American Association of Justice and the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service.
